The Savin Rock Condominium Association is made up of Savin Rock
Condominium unit owners. The SRCA has 282 units and over 450 residents,
and more than 350 cars on our property. We Live in very close proximity
to our neighbors, sharing common expenses and the common areas of the
Savin Rock Condominium property. Our shoreline location on Long Island
Sound is one of the most beautiful settings in Connecticut.
It is the duty of the SRCA Board of Directors to interpret and enforce
our by-laws and rules and regulations. The documents below cover some of
the more pertinent rules. Our management company, Collect Associates,
works with the board to see that these rules and guidelines are adhered
to. Strict enforcement helps to maintain order and keep our property
value at a high level.
